Mrs. Nupur Srivastava is a dynamic leader, accomplished marketing professional, and visionary institution builder with extensive experience in business development, corporate communications, brand management, and organizational leadership. A PGDM graduate from JRE Group of Institutions, she has built a distinguished career across the banking, media, and corporate sectors.
She has previously worked with Hindusthan Samachar and HDFC Bank, where she played key roles in marketing, corporate partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. Known for her strategic thinking and result-oriented leadership, she has successfully led diverse teams and impactful projects.
As the Chairperson of MP Foundation, she is dedicated to advancing initiatives in education, culture, community development, innovation, and sustainable growth, creating meaningful opportunities and driving positive social change for a better future.

MP Federation organized “Bharatam – A Celebration of Culture” on 23 August 2026 at the Hindi Bhawan Auditorium, Ghaziabad. The event was graced by Lieutenant General Shri Vishnu Kant Chaturvedi Ji and ITBP DIG & Judge Shri Arvind Kumar Rai Ji, who joined as distinguished guests and added to the grandeur of the occasion.
The programme featured a soulful classical vocal performance by Dr. Rindana Rahasya and Dr. Avinash, both recipients of the prestigious Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar.
Shri Dhruv Bedi, an A-Grade artist of Doordarshan and All India Radio and a recipient of the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar, enthralled the audience with a mesmerizing sitar performance along with his troupe.
Adding further colour and vibrancy to the evening, internationally acclaimed dancer Shri Rakesh Sain Babu and his group presented a captivating showcase of India’s diverse traditional dance forms, leaving the audience spellbound.
“Bharatam – A Celebration of Culture” was a memorable celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage, bringing together the finest expressions of Indian music, dance and performing arts under one roof.
